We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Hooray Works Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Sales Strategy: Develop and deliver a robust sales strategy to meet the financial objectives of the business.
  • Lead and Coach Sales Team: Lead and coach a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Business Development: Develop business within new, lapsed, and existing accounts, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrable experience of leading and developing a consistently high-performing sales team.
  • Sales Strategy: Experience of setting and delivering a robust sales strategy for a sales team.
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercial acumen and strong sales ability with a proven track record of developing new business.
  • Resilience and Drive: Resilience, tenacity, drive, and determination in droves.
  • Results-Oriented: A desire to deliver exceptional results for clients and the team.
  • Influencing and Negotiation: Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Technical Competence: Technical competence and ability to confidently use a range of systems and platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Good social media skills and an open, gregarious, and confident personality with excellent leadership skills.
  • Transportation: A clean driving license and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
