Working Hours:

Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

The Risk and Governance Manager is responsible for executing the compliance reporting and monitoring framework within the Finance sector, focusing on Billing, Credit Risk, and Collections. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to new regulations and reporting standards that affect our customers.

  • Develop and maintain processes for compliance management across Billing, Credit Risk, and Collections.
  • Identify compliance gaps, create action plans, and oversee their implementation, ensuring effective risk management.
  • Lead compliance initiatives and ensure appropriate escalation within Vodafone UK's risk and governance structures.
  • Manage customer and operational risks, facilitating discussions and presenting findings to relevant forums.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to ensure compliance with regulatory commitments.
  • Act as a liaison for Compliance and Business Risk functions.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in risk management and compliance frameworks, with experience in regulatory environments such as Consumer Duty, FCA, and Ofcom. Strong communication and influence skills are essential for engaging with senior management and driving organizational change.

Project management experience is also crucial for success in this role.
