Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking an experienced Governance and Reporting Lead to join their business-critical programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance on risk management and compliance to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of risk assessments and mitigation strategies to ensure the organisation's risk profile is managed effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance and compliance requirements are integrated into business operations.
  • Provide training and support to employees on governance and compliance matters.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as a Governance and Reporting Lead in a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong understanding of governance and compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in governance and reporting software tools.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or professional certifications (i.e. CISA, CISM, CGEIT).
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry.
