About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead our risk and compliance team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compliance professional with a passion for financial crime prevention, client onboarding, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring all CDD checks and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Lead a team of compliance professionals, driving performance, providing mentorship, and handling high-profile escalations.
  • Supervise and manage CDD checks across a broad range of clients.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on high-risk matters and compliance strategies.
  • Oversee the training of your team and wider business staff.
  • Ensure that the team adheres to all relevant regulatory standards and governance principles relative to the compliance framework.
  • Oversee the quality control of compliance processes, including regular audits and monitoring to ensure all regulatory obligations are fulfilled to the highest standards.
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in a law firm's compliance team with in-depth knowledge of AML regulations.
  • Proven people management experience (2+ years), with a track record of driving team performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
