Position Overview

The Risk and Governance Manager is responsible for executing the compliance reporting and monitoring framework within the Finance sector, with a particular emphasis on Billing, Credit Risk & Collections. This role ensures adherence to new regulations and reporting requirements that affect our clientele.

As the leader in Billing, Credit Risk & Collections, you will:

  • Establish processes for embedding and managing compliance across Billing, Credit Risk & Collections, ensuring ongoing regulatory adherence.
  • Identify compliance gaps, develop action plans, and oversee their implementation while monitoring customer outcomes.
  • Lead compliance initiatives and ensure appropriate escalation within Vodafone UK's risk and governance structures.
  • Manage customer and operational risks, facilitate forums, and create presentations and reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to ensure compliance with risk and regulatory commitments.
  • Act as a liaison for Compliance and Business Risk functions.

Who You Are

You are an expert in Risk Management with a strong understanding of compliance frameworks. Your experience includes:

  • Operating within a regulatory environment, such as Consumer Duty, FCA, and Ofcom.
  • Working in a matrix organization with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills to engage senior management and drive organizational change.
  • Project Management expertise.
