Role and Responsibilities

The Sell Out Innovation Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and innovation in the European region. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that improve sales and customer experience.

Key Activities:
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing and commerce solutions to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with subsidiary, EO, and HQ teams to communicate e-store team objectives and gain agreement
  • Lead communications strategy and execution to senior leaders to ensure full understanding and alignment of plans
  • Work on new projects and guide solution development through the lifecycle process across all European sites
  • Identify key trends in the market and develop solutions to capitalize on them
Requirements:
  • Ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture
  • Experience in a commercial e-commerce role is highly desirable
  • Excellent design skills in PowerPoint and other presentation tools
  • Ability to prioritize and influence projects, deliverables, and collaborators
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements
