Position: Hospitality Service Associate

Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham

Salary: Up to £12 per hour, discussed at interview plus service charge

Hours: Full & Part Time available, including weekends & bank holidays.

Relationships: General Manager, Kitchen team, Food & Beverage team

Join our esteemed team at Seaham Hall, a luxurious 5-star establishment situated in County Durham. We are currently in search of committed Hospitality Service Associates to join our team in The Dining Room, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a comparable role (training will be provided)
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Attention to detail to ensure consistent 5-star service
  • Familiarity with Simphony/Oracle software is advantageous
  • Professionalism in interactions with management, colleagues, and guests
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Transportation necessary for location and shifts
