Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Seaham Hall, a leading hospitality provider in County Durham. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a 5-star experience
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations

Requirements

  • Previous reception experience in a hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft systems
  • Transportation to and from work
