Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a 5-star experience
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations
- Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Previous front desk or customer service experience, minimum of 1 year
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
