About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Associate at Seaham Hall, a 5-star hotel in County Durham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive service to guests during meals, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and surrounding spaces.
  • Upsell menu items, such as desserts, starters, and drinks, to enhance the guest experience.
  • Attend work consistently well-groomed and in uniform, representing the hotel's high standards.
  • Participate in training and menu familiarization to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but full training will be provided.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail is crucial to maintain the 5-star standard of service.
  • Knowledge of Simphony/Oracle software is advantageous.
  • Ability to interact effectively with management, team members, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Transportation to and from work is essential due to the location and shift requirements.
