Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Seaham Hall. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests in The Dining Room Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the Restaurant Manager and oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and quality of food and beverage offerings
  • Manage and train a team of staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory and labor expenses
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft systems and EPOS systems
