About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Estate Agency Director to lead our team in the East Midlands region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing financial performance, and cultivating a culture of excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
    • Lead and manage a team of estate agency professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Talent Development and Management
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
    • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and partners.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior estate agency leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of estate agency operations and business principles.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
