Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Corporate Landlord model: Ensure a unified approach to asset management, property maintenance, and facilities services.
  • Oversee strategic management: Manage the council's commercial and operational estate, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with the council's vision.
  • Guide asset disposal: Manage high-profile, complex disposals, ensuring the council's assets are safe, well-maintained, and serve the city's needs.
  • Support climate change efforts: Limit the council's carbon impact through your leadership and strategic decision-making.
