Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agency Director to lead our team in the East Midlands region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing financial performance, and developing talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership:
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including network partners, to drive business growth and commitment.
    • Train and align the Operations Team to internal department strategies, ensuring clear understanding and execution of plans.
  • Business Development and Growth:
    • Execute the Annual Business Review with managers and monitor regular Business Review Meetings to deliver on individual growth plans.
    • Develop and implement strategies for market penetration of third-party suppliers to drive revenue growth.
    • Oversee the execution of agreements, including induction, training, and mentoring.
    • Implement operational best practices to optimize processes and productivity.
    • Oversee the process for re-sale and recruitment of new businesses.
    • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Drive the brand footprint.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage financial performance and budgetary planning to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
    • Monitor key financial metrics for success and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Cultivation and Development of Talent:
    • Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to enhance the team's skills and performance.
    • Fully utilize internal training provisions.
    • Build the team's capability and develop succession planning.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Report monthly to the Group MD on activities, achievements, and results versus budget.
    • Foster a dynamic work culture within the Operations Team that nurtures achievement and teamwork.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to empower team members to achieve budgeted growth.
    • Attend and assist in the development and attendance of RBM's and conferences.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding and operational experience of estate agency and lettings.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Senior Role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commitment to people, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Educated to minimum A level standard and must demonstrate clear understanding of estate agency.
Package

A fantastic package of £100,000 basic plus car allowance and bonus is being offered dependent on experience and candidate.
