Estate Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Estates Management to join our team at Encore Estate Management. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our estate management services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of estate managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our estate management services.
- Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and compliant with relevant legislation.
- Proven experience in estate management or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
