We are seeking a visionary leader to drive change and innovation within our Corporate Landlord function at Nottingham City Council. As Interim Director of Property and Estates, you will craft a strategy that balances ambition with responsibility, creating a positive impact across our property and estate services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing Strategic Asset Management, Facilities Management, Building Services, and more
- Leading on asset disposal programme and Corporate Asset Management Strategy development
- Guiding the transformation of property management to align with council goals and ambitions
- Ensuring a unified approach to asset management, property maintenance, and facilities services
- Strategically managing the commercial and operational estate
- Managing high-profile, complex disposals
- Ensuring property portfolio compliance, efficiency, and alignment with council vision
