We are seeking a visionary leader to drive change and innovation within our Corporate Landlord function. As Interim Director of Property and Estates, you will craft a strategy that balances ambition with responsibility, creating a positive impact across our property and estate services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a unified approach to asset management, property maintenance, and facilities services.
- Oversee the strategic management of Nottingham City Council's commercial and operational estate.
- Guide the asset disposal programme, managing high-profile, complex disposals.
- Ensure our property portfolio is compliant, efficient, and aligned with the council's vision.
