We are seeking a visionary leader to drive change and innovation within our Corporate Landlord function at Nottingham City Council.
As Interim Director of Property and Estates, you will craft a strategy that balances ambition with responsibility, ensuring our property and estate services are safe, well-maintained, and aligned with the council's goals.
You will oversee a diverse portfolio, including Strategic Asset Management, Facilities Management, Building Services, and more. Your leadership will guide us in transforming how we manage our properties, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with the council's vision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Corporate Landlord model to ensure a unified approach to asset management, property maintenance, and facilities services.
- Overseeing the strategic management of Nottingham City Council's commercial and operational estate.
- Guiding the asset disposal programme, managing high-profile, complex disposals.
