About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Management professional to join our team at Encore Estate Management. As a Director of Estates Management, you will play a key role in leading our estate management team and contributing to the development of our property management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of estate managers to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality services to our clients.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Property Management
    • Oversee the management of our property portfolio, including budgeting, financial control, and cost-efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external partners.
  • Qualifications and Training
    • Support and sponsor team members to obtain relevant qualifications, such as AIRPM, MIRPM, AssocRICS, and MRICS.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement effective customer relationship management strategies.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Degree in a relevant field, such as property management, surveying, or a related discipline.
    • Relevant professional qualifications, such as RICS, AIRPM, or MIRPM.
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in estate management or a related field.
    • Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong budgeting and financial control skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
