**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the development of a unified approach to asset management, property maintenance, and facilities services.
  • Oversee the strategic management of Nottingham City Council's commercial and operational estate.
  • Guide the asset disposal programme, managing high-profile, complex disposals.
  • Ensure our property portfolio is compliant, efficient, and aligned with the council's vision.
  • Support the council's efforts in climate change, limiting carbon impact through your leadership.
