Estate Management Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive change within our Corporate Landlord function. As Interim Director of Property and Estates, you will craft a strategy that balances ambition with responsibility, creating a positive impact across our property and estate services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of Strategic Asset Management, Facilities Management, Building Services, and more.
- Lead on asset disposal, development of the Corporate Asset Management Strategy, and transformation of property management.
- Ensure alignment with the council's goals and ambitions.
- Commit to equality, diversity, and inclusion, creating a workforce and service delivery model that reflects our city's diverse needs.
- Unify asset management, property maintenance, and facilities services through the Corporate Landlord model.
About the Role:
This is a hybrid role based in Nottingham, requiring a senior leader to drive innovation and inclusion. You will guide us in transforming how we manage our properties, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with the council's vision.
