Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Estate Agency Director to lead our team in the East Midlands region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing financial performance, and developing talent within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, foster a dynamic work culture, and inspire team members to achieve business objectives.
- Business Development and Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market penetration, and optimize processes and productivity.
- Financial Management: Manage financial performance, budgetary planning, and key financial metrics to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Cultivation and Development of Talent: Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to enhance team skills and performance, and develop succession planning for the team.
- Communication and Collaboration: Report to the Group MD on activities, achievements, and results versus budget, and foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the team.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior role within the estate agency industry.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Qualifications: Educated to minimum A level standard and must be able to demonstrate clear understanding of estate agency.
A competitive salary of £100,000 basic plus car allowance and bonus, dependent on experience and performance.
A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
