Job Title: Strategic Business Development Manager

Join BMS Performance, a leading supplier of niche medical devices, as we continue to experience tremendous growth. We are seeking an experienced medical device salesperson to develop a specialist business unit within our existing company structure.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales of highly innovative ENT surgery equipment and consumables, including a laryngeal implant, dilation balloon, and specialist haemostasis products. With a network of KOLs already in place, your role will be to leverage these relationships to generate significant revenue growth across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the UK
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the ENT surgery market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Provide sales training and support to internal teams to ensure successful product adoption
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in medical device sales, with a focus on ENT surgery
  • Excellent new business skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong relationships with KOLs in the ENT surgery market
  • Ambitious and career-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary: £50,000 - £60,000
  • Bonus: £30,000 OTE + uncapped commission
  • Car: Fully expensed company car or car allowance of £650 / month
  • Benefits: 6% Pension, 25 days holiday + stats, health insurance, death in service

The successful candidate will be based in the UK and will be required to travel nationally to meet with customers and partners.
