About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Professional to join our team at European LifeCare Group. As a key member of our immunisation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vaccination Services: You will be responsible for vaccinating school children against flu and other diseases, working to a high standard of care and adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth delivery of our services, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Service Promotion: You will play a key role in promoting our School Aged Immunisation Service, working to increase awareness and uptake of our services.
  • Programme Management: You will work with our Programme Managers, Team Lead, and Clinical Lead to ensure the effective delivery of our services.
  • Clinical Supervision: You will participate in clinical supervision, providing and receiving feedback to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
  • Incident Reporting: You will report any clinical incidents, near misses, or complaints, ensuring they are monitored and processed in line with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Audit Participation: You will participate in audits, providing recommendations for improvement and sharing outcomes with the team.
Requirements
  • Registration: You must be registered with the relevant professional body (GPhC, HCPC, GDC, or GOC).
  • Experience: You must have experience working within PGD frameworks and have a good understanding of the Routine National Immunisation schedule.
  • Skills: You must have excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Training: You must have current immunisation training or be willing to undertake it.
  • Computer Literacy: You must be computer literate and have a good understanding of immunisation schedules and cold chain procedures.
