We are a prominent provider in the Facilities Management and Technical Services sector.


Role Overview

This position involves working Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, directly supporting a leading facilities management organization across two prestigious commercial office properties.


Key Responsibilities
  • Regularly communicate with clients, oversee contractors, conduct building inspections, and ensure timely escalation of maintenance concerns.
  • Perform building inspections to identify potential maintenance needs, coordinate with engineers, schedule and supervise subcontractors, issue permits, log tasks, and communicate job progress to clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
  • Assist with minor repairs throughout the premises.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess experience in Facilities Management, ideally in roles such as workplace coordinator, facilities assistant, team leader, or supervisor.
