Operations Coordinator

Career Level: 10 Entry

Are you a skilled Operations Coordinator? Do you aspire to be part of a dynamic FinTech organization?

The Operations Coordinator will be an integral member of the Operations division at ClearCourse, managing the administrative responsibilities essential for supporting the multi-channel payment solutions for all merchants associated with the Platform group.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will collaborate with the broader team to enhance operational workflows as part of your daily tasks. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working closely with the Operations team at ClearCourse, you are expected to be proactive and possess a clear understanding of what is necessary to further develop, maintain, and support the effective operation of the merchant support functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Merchant Onboarding

• Onboarding new merchants to ClearCourse

• Ordering and registering terminals

• Creating API credentials

Portal Management

Account Cancellations

• Facilitating the return of terminals

• Updating project management tools

• Closing merchant accounts

Additional Responsibilities

• Generating ad-hoc reports for merchants

• Supporting operational projects

• Coordinating with first-line support to meet specific merchant launch requirements


• Monitoring stock levels in accordance with daily deployments

• Managing and addressing project management tickets
