About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Manage and oversee the SI7 System, including logging service requests, work orders, and performing preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate service visits with third-party contractors to ensure maintenance schedules are met and any arising works are actioned accordingly.
  • Contractor Management: Ensure compliance with the CBRE permit and contractor management process, and complete necessary permits.
Financial Management
  • Contract and Business Unit Reviews: Support the preparation and delivery of monthly contract and business unit reviews.
  • Purchase Orders: Raise purchase orders as required.
  • Savings Opportunities: Identify and help drive the implementation of savings opportunities to maximize customer and GWS financial savings targets.
