Facilities Operations Manager

We are looking for a committed Facilities Operations Manager to ensure the delivery of top-tier hard and soft services at a prestigious property. In this position, you will align service delivery with the client's objectives while implementing Bellrock's policies to guarantee excellence. Your role will involve coordinating FM services, managing contractors, overseeing the operational systems, handling contract modifications, managing invoicing, and generating comprehensive reports. Take charge of the Asset Sustainability Plan and Operational Plan in collaboration with the Technical Manager, updating actions on our sustainability platform. By utilizing tailored software solutions, you will enhance comfort, optimize energy consumption, and streamline maintenance expenditures across our properties. You will actively seek feedback from building occupants to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.

Your duties will include participating in client meetings concerning projects, health and safety, and monthly service evaluations. You will efficiently manage both reactive and planned maintenance tasks through the operational system, ensuring all activities are completed punctually and in accordance with contractual obligations. Precision and timeliness will be crucial as you manage invoicing and financial reconciliations.

Working closely with contractors, you will supervise work quality, conduct inspections, and maintain thorough documentation. You will support various projects by collaborating with property management teams to prepare budgets, assist with monthly client reports, and perform regular site audits. Your proactive approach will encompass managing outstanding actions, drafting reports, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

Qualifications

  • Ensuring that occupants have access to necessary utilities.

  • Addressing complaints and requests from tenants through effective communication.
  • Assisting with emergency response and evacuations.
  • Regularly inspecting the building for signs of damage or wear.
  • Conducting health and safety audits and risk assessments on contractors.
  • Welcoming visitors and possessing local knowledge.

Work Environment

We promote flexible working practices that allow our employees to manage their hours and work remotely when possible. In this role, the successful candidate will be required to work on-site in a vibrant urban setting, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour paid lunch break.
