About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As a key member of our estate services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and assuring Hard and Soft FM services for the estate, including work closely with customers, industry partners, and other stakeholders to ensure service delivery.
  • Support program and contract management, including project development and monitoring, to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Regular site visits and occasional UK-wide travel are required to ensure effective service delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Manage and review progress of Billable Works, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contractual requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer relationship and stakeholder management, with a strong understanding of Hard FM services and customer relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to obtain in-house industry-specific training and qualification within 12 months, including Managing a Quality Service.
  • Security Check (SC) level and DBS check required.
