Role Overview

W London is on the lookout for an enthusiastic professional to join our vibrant team as an Events Executive. In this pivotal role, you will manage reactive sales, orchestrate event planning, and oversee group bookings. Collaborating closely with the Sales & Events Team, the Director of B&F, and the Head Chef, your goal will be to ensure that all inquiries are addressed swiftly and with the utmost professionalism, aiming to transform them into successful events.

As an Events Executive, you will prioritize building strong client relationships to enhance repeat business and drive revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Event management and execution
  • Crafting Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
  • Coordinating with various hotel departments
  • Managing invoices and financial documentation
  • Partnering with marketing for W Brand activations

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality sector
  • Exceptional command of English and outstanding customer service abilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of the London market
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment, showcasing flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a commitment to integrity
