Job Description

A leading global cybersecurity company is seeking a skilled Event Planning Specialist to join their team in London.

This role involves managing the planning, preparation, and execution of events, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating 3-6 events per week and providing top-notch support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of event planning and delivery, ensuring seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding logistical requirements, including catering, gifts, transportation, and maps.
  • Communicate effectively with Briefing Managers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Order and oversee catering arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Set up briefing rooms on the day of events, ensuring all necessary materials are in place.
  • Provide administrative support to visiting account teams and customers, responding promptly to their needs.
  • Purchase gifts and manage inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Order general supplies for the company and provide cost estimates to management for budget reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with the Places team (facilities) and IT to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Respond quickly and sympathetically to client concerns or requests, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and flexibility.

This is a 12-month contract with a high likelihood of extensions. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site full-time, 5 days a week, in London.
