As a Meetings and Events Planning Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating a variety of contracted meetings and events, ensuring that all details are meticulously planned and executed to meet the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Coordinate all aspects of meetings and events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and logistics.
- Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Event Execution: Oversee the setup and execution of events, ensuring that all details are in place and that the event runs smoothly.
- Post-Event Follow-up: Follow up with clients after events to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for future improvements.
