Meetings and Events Planning Manager

Park Plaza London Victoria is a leading Meetings and Events Hotel in Central London, offering a range of stylish guest rooms and versatile meeting facilities. As our Meetings and Events Planning Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional events and conferences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan large-scale hotel events, including conferences and meetings
  • Develop and implement event concepts and menus
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
  • Drive incremental spending on events and promote repeat business
  • Communicate event details to hotel operational teams through the BEO
  • Nurture positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
