About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Planning Executive to join our team at Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement event concepts and themes that align with the hotel's brand and values
  • Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
  • Coordinate and manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, including setup, registration, and breakdown
  • Monitor and report on event metrics, including attendance, revenue, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, colleagues, and external vendors
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of event planning software and technology, including event management systems and online registration platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
