We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team within a progressive healthcare initiative. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing administrative and secretarial support to all team members, contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain efficient office systems, serving as the primary contact for service users and healthcare professionals.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to management and clinical leaders.
  • Act as the first point of contact for inquiries directed to the management team.
  • Handle routine correspondence on behalf of management and draft more complex communications as needed.
  • Address personal and telephone inquiries regarding feedback and complaints, directing them to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Ensure timely communication of messages to management.
  • Offer information and guidance to patients regarding feedback and complaint procedures.
  • Assist in recording complaints and feedback as required.
  • Produce a variety of documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Compile information from diverse sources for reporting purposes.
  • Manage diary commitments effectively, resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and conferences as directed.
  • Ensure that management receives all relevant materials for meetings promptly.
  • Attend meetings, coordinating all necessary arrangements, including venue booking and minute-taking.
  • Welcome visitors and provide appropriate hospitality.
