Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver high-quality administrative support to the Contracts Group, including the production of critical documents and reports.
- Produce purchase orders and invoices using our in-house database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage supplier invoice queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate inventory movements, data collection, and reconciliation to maintain accurate records.
