About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Rhodar Specialist Enabling Works. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our enabling works projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and track project data on our internal system, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Prepare and issue necessary paperwork and documentation for site employees, including method statements and risk assessments.
  • Produce and send invoices to clients, ensuring prompt payment.
  • Collate and organize site completion documents, following up with site employees as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including communication with tenants and clients.
  • Assist in costing works and budgeting to ensure projects meet targets.
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate records and reports.
About You
  • You will have previous administration experience and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You will be IT literate, with a strong understanding of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
  • You will possess a friendly, calm, and professional manner, with excellent communication skills.
  • You will be able to work effectively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
