About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Rhodar Specialist Enabling Works. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our contracts and enabling works processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recording and tracking contract data on our internal systems.
  • Issuing information and paperwork to site employees, including method statements and risk assessments.
  • Producing and issuing invoices to clients for payment.
  • Collating site completion documents and following up with site employees as required.
  • Organizing paperwork to ensure easy accessibility.
  • Communicating with tenants and clients to schedule appointments and ensure target dates are met.
  • Costing works and budgeting to ensure scheduled works are achieving targets.
  • Providing general administrative support to all team members.
  • Following processes for job stages and reporting any issues to line managers.
  • Using general office equipment, including photocopiers, scanners, PCs, and phones.
  • General knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft packages. Training will be provided for internal systems 8x8 and Redsky.
  • Ensuring method statements integrate with Rhodar standard procedures and risk assessments.
  • Ensuring adherence to all fire and emergency procedures.
  • Assisting managers with written communication, ensuring grammar, punctuation, and spelling meet company standards.

About You:

  • Previous administration experience is essential.
  • An excellent telephone manner.
  • IT literate with strong understanding of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask and re-prioritize frequently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Friendly, calm, and professional manner.
  • Ability to handle pressure and good time-management.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change, working effectively as part of a team.
