The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive technical and administrative assistance to our financial advisers.
  • Oversee adviser schedules and support during client consultations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit applications to providers, ensuring precision and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update back-office systems and client records to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Process investment directives and collaborate with paraplanners to guarantee smooth service delivery.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and providers.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the capability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
