As a People Operations Coordinator at Travel Counsellors Ltd, you will be instrumental in assisting our HR team. You will deliver vital HR services and innovative solutions that enhance the employee experience and contribute to organizational success. You will gain practical training, refining your skills across various HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, rewards, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing the People Strategy by being an essential part of the HR Team and the organization.
  • Provide first-line support to HR Partners and the Chief People Officer for inquiries related to employee matters.
  • Ensure accurate and current employee records and HR databases are maintained.
  • Manage and respond to employee inquiries in the designated HR inbox within established service level agreements.
  • Deliver exceptional HR services to the organization.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for all new hires within the organization.
  • Administer employee benefits.
  • Offer general administrative support to the HR Team, including the Chief People Officer.
  • Keep our internal Intranet updated.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as requested by senior management.
  • Assist in communicating and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Support the performance evaluation process, including collecting feedback and ensuring timely submission of reviews by managers.
  • Coordinate and assist in the delivery of training programs and workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
