**About the Opportunity**

As the People Team Coordinator at Prescient, you will be part of a fast-growing PE-backed business that allows high-performing employees to make an impact and contribute to growing the business. You will have the chance to channel your human resource knowledge into supporting the growth and development of Prescient’s talent, and to play a key role in the continuous improvement of the employee work environment.
- Reporting: You will report to the People Partner in our Manchester office, however will work closely in supporting all other members in our People Team
- Key Responsibilities_

General HR Administration Support
- Management of the HRIS system - ensuring that all information is recorded on the modules on the system and relevant documentation stored in employee folders when needed.
- Supporting annual performance management and promotions cycle processes, including but not limited to the gathering relevant data, documenting reviews and generating letters.
- Assisting with project-based activities in line with team and business needs
- Contributing to People analytics and helping to produce reports when required.
- Management of our People plan and supporting the wider People team as and when required (Weekly Meeting Minutes etc.)

Recruitment Support
- Support the Talent Lead with relevant applicant pre-screening, as well as the coordination and arranging of interviews.

Onboarding & New Joiners Support
- Management and coordination of our graduate schemes
- Management of onboarding schedules for new joiners globally across all practices. Working closely with all the relevant stakeholders to ensure each new joiner attends all the mandatory and relevant training, whilst also aiding their integration into Prescient through the introductions and relationships built with their peers.
- Work closely with IT and the relevant office support to ensure that each new joiner has everything they need for when they join.
- Required Experience and Skills_
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Confident and competent organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
