Manchester, United Kingdom Space 48 Full time

As our People Coordinator you'll have great experience gained across all areas of the Peoplefunction. We’re a growing business so it's important that you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and is willing to get involved in everything from administration to project work and everything in between.

You'll be the bedrock of the HR provision across our group. Your role is all about ensuring smooth processes, supporting our amazing team, and making a real impact every day.

**Here’s how a typical day or two might look**:
You’ll start your day meeting with the People team looking at tasks for the week and chatting through progress on any projects we have underway. Payroll cut off date is coming up so you make sure you have all the changes and additions for the month and input them ready for the payroll provider to process. You then answer a couple of queries from the team around unpaid leave and booking on the HR System. Next you set up the background checks for new starters, checking in with People Partner to ensure everything else is ready for them. The People and Culture Director asks you to help with preparing the data and reports for the Board meeting in a week’s time so you spend some time downloading reports from People HR and pulling it all together. After checking on any birthdays and work anniversaries and preparing some engaging comms to go out you follow up on some possible venues for the next Group get together, asking for more information and quotes to discuss in the next People team catch up.
