**The Role**

As a People Coordinator, you will be the primary HR contact, providing first level support and guidance, whilst encouraging employees to take a self-service approach. You will also help deliver a high quality, efficient administrative and transactional service across the employee life cycle.

This is a remote-working role reporting into the People Services Team Lead.

**Here's What You'll Be Doing**
- Provide first-line support and guidance on areas of the employee lifecycle on people policy, processes and payroll, providing a 'once and done' resolution to queries, escalating where appropriate.
- Responses to queries are acted upon and resolved in a timely manner, in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
- Effective utilisation and optimisation of Workday, including data accuracy, data cleansing, providing reports whilst utilising reporting to monitor task completion whilst actively coaching or redirecting employees or managers.
- Reference relevant knowledge base articles and other policy materials to ensure responses are accurate and in accordance with the business.
