You’ll need to be comfortable spinning a lot of plates, we are a fast-paced business, and we are looking for someone who can manage conflicting priorities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing the background checking process and administering the in-house background checks, where appropriate
- Drawing up contracts of employment, offer letters and other employee correspondence.
- Partnering with Workplace Technology to ensure seamless delivery of new hires’ tech, and to support in arranging the return of tech from leavers.
- Supporting and/or delivering onboarding sessions
- Addressing the queries of employees and developing clear frequently asked questions
**Requirements**:
- Administrative experience, preferably within a people/HR team, certainly within a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Bonus points if you have experience running and driving improvements in people processes.
- You can demonstrate high attention to detail.
- A curiosity and interest in technology
- A can-do attitude.
