**The role in a nutshell**:
Our People Coordinator provides administration service to the People team and supports all employees based in the Global Operations region.

As the People Coordinator you will work in partnership with the Global Operations People Team to deliver a seamless employee experience. As a People Coordinator within our team we can help you learn, develop and grow your career.

**What you can expect**:

- First line contact to solve lower tier employee queries.
- Onboarding administration duties; new starter inductions, benefit enrollment and probation reviews
- HR systems administration and data integrity, including but not limited to:

- System creation and maintenance of employee records
- Organizational structure updates
- Data reporting
- Checking and confirming holiday allocations and queries
- Responding to Freshservice tickets allocated to you, liaising / escalating with the wider People Team where appropriate.
- Responsible for employee file management
- Providing general administrative support
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, policies and practices
- Handle people related matters reliably, confidentially and in accordance with legal requirements
- Comply with Information Security requirements at all times
- Adhere to people governance frameworks for compliance

To succeed in this role strong administration skills and a genuine passion for People are required, along with an ability to deliver a first-class service, exceed expectations and drive your own personal development. Further skills/attributes required are:

- Great attention to detail
- The ability to flourish in a team environment through true collaboration and to work individually to deliver exceptional results
- Ability to use G-Suite suite to a high standard
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Resilience with the ability to work at pace, juggling multiple tasks
- Enjoys working in a dynamic but ambiguous environment without all processes and infrastructure yet to be defined
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use HR information systems and run reports accurately
- Good understanding of how to become an inclusive and diverse employer

**Desired Skills**
- Previous experience in a HR Administration role or similar and/ or a CIPD level 3 or above however, this is not essential
- Growth mindset, with the ability to challenge current ways of working and add value through innovation to People administration processes and policies
