**What you'll do**:
As a People Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. You will be responsible for understanding our business needs, developing HR strategies that align with these needs, and ensuring that we attract and retain diverse talent. Your role will involve managing recruitment processes, conducting employee satisfaction surveys, overseeing payroll operations, and providing guidance on development to managers and their teams. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our policies comply with current legislation and best practice. Your expertise will be crucial in providing counsel on employee relation issues, leading relationships with account teams, suppliers and recruiters, and maintaining high standards of quality within your team.
Manage provision of a professional HR service to the agency.
Work with practice boards to understand future talent needs and develop succession plans for critical roles.
Responsible for conducting an annual employee satisfaction survey and interpreting the results.
Manage payroll in conjunction with Finance team.
Manage the agency's CDR process and assist with the development and execution of the annual training plan.
Responsible for reviewing agency policies and procedures to ensure they comply with current legislation and HR best practice.
Provide expert counsel on all employee relation issues.
Lead relationships with account teams, suppliers and recruiters.
Review all work prepared by the team to ensure standards of quality, accuracy and output are maintained.
**What you bring**:
Proven experience in Human Resources or related field.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Experience in managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
Ability to interpret data from employee satisfaction surveys and make recommendations based on findings.
Experience in managing payroll operations.
Knowledge of current legislation and HR best practice.
Ability to provide expert counsel on employee relation issues.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead relationships with account teams, suppliers and recruiters.
Attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of quality within your team.
