**About this role**

We are looking for an experienced HR/People professional to join our Operations team.

This generalist role is ideal for anyone with well-rounded people and communications skills. You will work with a small team providing support and guidance to our people in all fields of HR but in particular, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development and reward and benefits.

The role is ideal for ambitious individuals looking to develop their career, with one of the top creative employers in the industry.

**Role responsibilities**

- Provide day to day HR support to the agency
- Working with the team to ensure accurate HR and people records are maintained
- Generating reports and contributing to project work
- Providing counsel on employee relations issues. Ensuring colleague confidentiality is maintained and all personal information is handled sensitively
- Managing the administration and logistics of the agency's recruitment and induction process
- Working with the team to ensure the agency is compliant with current employment legislation and HR best practice
- Developing relationships with internal teams, suppliers and recruiters and communicating with them directly and confidently
- Ensuring in-depth knowledge of the agency's HR policies and procedures and assist the team to ensure they are implemented with consistency across the agency

**Role requirements**

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resource generalist role
- 1 year at HR/People Advisor or equivalent level
- CIPD or studying towards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and to demonstrate good judgement
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
