**About the Role**:
The Tech People Team manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle and are vital to the continued growth and success of the business. Working closely with the People Business Partner, People Advisor, and wider People Team, the Junior People Advisor will provide support on all aspects of HR across Tech.

The Junior People Advisor will provide first class support and assistance, with a key focus on supporting ER meetings, ensuring processes are efficient, and taking responsibility for keeping all people data kept accurate. The Junior People Advisor will develop and maintain influential relationships with relevant stakeholders, always ensuring an excellent quality of HR support.

This role would suit an adaptable and resilient individual who is quick to learn, eager to develop in their career, and confident with operating in a fast-paced environment. We will also fund a CIPD qualification upon completion of your probation period, in addition to mentorship and coaching from the people team.

**What will I be doing?**
- Advising line managers and employees on policies, procedures, and terms and conditions of employment
- Supporting with the management of ER cases, including absence management, flexible working, investigations, disciplinary, grievances, and maternity, paternity & adoption cases
- Arranging and conducting new starter and exit interviews, providing insight and recommendations to the People Business Partner
- Supporting the development and implementation of people initiatives as part of the People strategy
- Leading on key internal communications for the division to support with driving engagement
- Collating and analysing people data, identifying trends and providing recommendations for continuous improvement
