Operations Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Archie's Operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our stores, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of store managers and staff to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and control store budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and risk assessment standards
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and drive productivity across all sites
  • People management and supervision of diverse teams
  • Completion of required paperwork and administration, including regular reports
  • Travel to various locations, including new store openings
  • Deliver daily KPIs and maintain high standards of work

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Operations Manager role in a QSR Hospitality business
  • Proven track record of improving financial performances of multi-sites
  • Ability to lead from the front, coach, and develop teams
  • Effective communication at all levels
  • Approachable and customer service-focused
  • Able to work under pressure
  • PC literate
  • Previous people management experience
  • Flexible approach, with ability to work unsociable hours
  • Personal integrity, with ability to work in an environment demanding excellence, time, and energy

Working Hours:

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, you may be expected to work some evenings and weekends.
