As a Retail Advisor at Virgin Media O2, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional in-store performance and customer service, collaborating with your team to achieve the broader objectives of the store. Key Responsibilities
  • Become knowledgeable about all aspects of Virgin Media O2, promoting our offerings, services, and brand.
  • Consistently achieve store targets by crafting personalized recommendations and sharing our unique value proposition.
  • Take responsibility for your performance and contribute to the overall success of Virgin Media O2.

Training Program

Experience a comprehensive induction program that covers all facets of Virgin Media O2. We will ensure you are well-prepared for success and capable of serving our customers effectively. Attendance at a 4-day (30 hours) induction within the first two weeks of your employment is required. Further details will be discussed during your initial interview.
